Pro-Cubed UK divests support career development programs and industry best practices programs to SGSA (London, 14 January 2008).
SGSA today announced that it has acquired the prestigious Service Capability & Performance (SCP) standards and career development programs from Pro-Cubed UK. "This acquisition is good news for our customers as it allows us to focus on our core product offerings; the extra instructors will also allow us to expand our public class schedule in 2008" states Steve Brand, Managing Director for SGSA. "Although the new company has been established to expand the Service Strategies' products in Europe, we will continue business as usual for customers of Pro-Cubed UK that have adopted the Service Strategies' career development programs as the standard for their service employees".
The change establishes SGSA as the preferred partner for the Service Strategies programs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. "We are looking forward to working with SGSA" said John Hamilton, President and CEO for Service Strategies. "The launch of this new company allows us to re-position the value of the SCP standards programmes in the marketplace. Steve Brand is a recognized service industry expert. He and his team will continue to deliver the renown Support Centre Management curriculum along with other career certification programmes".
