The following corporate rate can be obtained by guests of SGSA Limited while staying at the Marriott Heathrow/Windsor Hotel:
Fully flexible - Standard size bedroom for single occupancy: £125.00
This rate is valid until 31st December 2008 and is inclusive of Breakfast, use of the Health & Fitness Club, VAT @ 17.5% and Service. In the event that no standard size bedrooms are available, the next best available rate will be offered. The rooms held at this special rate are released one week before each class begins.

Notes
Please note that SGSA has negotiated the above rate with the
Marriott Heathrow/Windsor Hotel for our guests but are unable to
guarantee the rate or availability of rooms. All bookings made by
our guests are made between the guest and the hotel and subject to
the Marriott Heathrow/Windsor hotel's terms and conditions. Guests
wishing to cancel a reservation are required to notify the Marriott
Heathrow/Windsor hotel no later than 4.00pm on the day of scheduled
arrival, failing which the guest will be charged the full contracted
rate. On departure, all guests shall vacate their rooms and check
out by no later than 12.00 noon. Failure to do so will entitle the
hotel to charge the guest for an additional night. Where
circumstances force SGSA to cancel a class the liability of SGSA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that
particular class. The cancelling of hotel bookings is the
responsibility of the guest and SGSA is not responsible for
any consequential loss resulting from a failure to notify the hotel
by the specified deadline.
